I was informed yesterday that my dogs can be harassed by my neighbor and there is not a thing I can do about it but the bad ass Krispy Cream eating 300 LBS cop told me that this neighbor can even have my dog taken from me… I am disabled and have PSTD and Anxiety disorder and my dogs are my company and my kids.
I admit I was mad and I also was having my problems because the my neighbor did something and we got into a yelling fight and then I started cutting his vine that is on my side of the fence and we have to beg him to trim it every year, anyway this cop treated me like I was a drug addict because I have hair past my butt (I am female) at one point I looked at his partner and asked if he understood me after telling this cop more then once I have been dealing with this crap for 7 years and I am buying my home too. The fat cop said “You are not ignoring me I am talking to you.” I said to him what are you going to do if I ignore you? He started to say I will take you down…. I guess the look on my face when he said that told him what I was thinking right them….LAW SUIT This is my yard he is standing in.
This neighbor has trapped a squirrel and let it die in a trap which he would go out everyday and see if it was dead yet. The cop said he can kill them I know that is a lie because I called animal control everyday but we know how fast they show up.
This cop started being nice when my husband pulled up. I am not someone who cares what the fat cop thinks.

I am a retired Marine with 24 years of service and 58 years of age.

I was stopped not long ago while walking down the street with my son. when I asked what the the reason was he said he thought my son had assaulted me. I told him that wasn’t the case and that there was nothing going on. He then told me to turn around and that he was going to check me out. I told him that he had no reason to humiliate me on a public street. He responded hilariously with, “I have to ensure my safety, people want to kill cops in case you haven’t noticed.”

I said, “Deputy, this town has a very low crime rate no police officers have been injured or killed in the thirty years I have been here.”

he said, “I’m not going to be the first then.” I said,”its amazing that you feel so threatened you are not in a combat zone, you’re heavily armed and wearing body armor…perhaps you need to find a line of work that doesn’t frighten you so much.”

Suddenly he was enraged and cuffed me. put me in the patrol car. I was released in minutes after he ran me and my son. He tried to explain his rational and I smiled and nodded and then asked him to have his watch commander come to the scene. He looked shocked and said, “I’m letting you go.”

Yes but you had no probable cause for the stop, no probable cause to search or detain me….your rational was that I wasn’t sufficiently docile and I had the gall to ask you why you detained my son and I.”

When the Sgt got there I explained the situation. The Sgt was polite and professional and tried to smooth things over but I filled out a citizens complaint form and asked for the report number (get a report number or they will shit can it).

In the end the cowardly asshole cop was given a negative P-file entry. It is very important to file citizens complaints. The police are interested in getting rid of idiots because of the financial liability they represent to the department.

Most cops are power hungry junkies with inflated egos and racists attitudes fuelled by a cohesive brotherhood that parallels gangs and mafias. I used to work in law enforcement and saw animals behind the badge with the BC Sheriffs and saw sickening hirings of inept (low caliber and inferior qualified) applicants in OPP, Lethbridge, Metropolitan Toronto Police, Canadian Pacific Railways Police, Elliot Lake, Saskatoon and other forces. We have over 2,000 criminally convicted or suspended sentences of law enforcement personnel in the last 30 years. Their unions are as shady and sleazy as their clandestine membership that hires inferior ethnic minorities and laughable females who squeeze through with affirmative action or diluted physicals. Are the best hired – do not bet on it! We have rogue cops in uniform who are nothing but killers with the Robert Diezkanski tasering death, Ian Bush (crooked investigation/coverup) and other laughable cops in West Vancouver, etc. It is a joke profession that rather protect its dirty laundry than boot out more than 40% of unfit cops in Canada and elsewheres. Who protects us from them? There are countless cases where the police have broken laws where you and I would get nailed in jail for that crap and nothing happens as they go to bed with judges and crown counsel. I have seen chronic racism in policing, a sickening boozing culture that is full of overpaid “thugs” hypocrits. The police profession is out of control and cancerous to the core. We have pint sized runts in uniform and females for window dressing and often they make the front lines increasingly dangerous. Let us be honest, how many lawsuits are flying and how many cops are now getting caught on video doing crimes or lying. Fact, the law enforcement profession is overpaid and lacks transparency and honesty. There is a “shoot to kill” culture out there in law enforcement with sickos donning the badge who “notch their belts” with taserings or shootings. In the absence of transparency and accountability “animals” in policing will always lie and abuse their powers and nothing happens including the laughable mickey mouse outfit, the RCMP who also intentionally framed Maher Arar and others. How many innocent people were sent to jail by some dumbass cop looking for a “quick collar” and then we find out they were innocent and framed while the lawsuits fly like in the David Milgaard case, Guy Paul Morin or many others. We need to expunge crooked cops and stop sickening nepotism like with the McCormack family of Metro Toronto or the Hermans in the RCMP. It is not a family business, it is a profession – so they claim! Police forces have become mongrelized in all ranks because their is an inability to “clean house” and management is full of useless dicks with no vision…..fact

The law was a lot better before it turned into a business! I wish that we, the concerned citizens of this nation, would come together some how and form a national citizens review board that holds the police accountable for all of the criminal acts they regularly commit. I completely agree that a large percentage of cops have the same mentality as criminals. I have learned that there are a large number of criminals that have found a way to get away with extortion, assault, theft, strong arming, speeding, and even murder… they become cops! Many police departments are no more than organized gangs, using aggression, suppression, and intimidation to force citizens to do what they want. And Lord help you if you make the mistake of one of them off by standing up for your rights. I was Installing a sound system at Western Oregon State College (a public safety school) when I over heard an instructor telling his students (future police officers) to use aggression and suppression to intimidate the suspect in order to control any situation. He also stated that innocence or guilt did not matter. That was for the court to decide and that the courts were on the side of the police. He instructed that the system was set up so that even if the suspect was innocent it would still make money for the system in retained bail percentages, board fees, sheriff cost, court cost, ect. Point being that it was in the best interest of the judicial system to ticket, charge, and arrest people, then let the courts figure out how to make cash off of them. Once the instructor saw the shocked look on my face I was immediately told to leave the area I was working in. I was told to come back after class to get my tools. Later that week I was informed that anything I heard in that class was confidential and that if I were to repeat any of it I could be charged and arrested for breaking that confidentiality. This was a few years ago and I no longer work or live around Monmouth, OR. They are now training cops to act as cops that used to be drummed out. I could go on and one day I will form that citizen alliance to hold police accountable. If anyone is interested please contact me by commenting on this blog post, and I will get notified. The CHP is a bunch of dicks. They used to let you off if you were just a bit over the speed limit, but with the budget deficit, you now get a whopping $200+ ticket and that doesn’t include court costs or traffic school (optional). I guess they gotta fix the deficit somehow and our taxes aren’t enough.

My wife got pulled over today for doing 72 in a 65 zone. I’m out of work and nearing the end of unemployment benefits and we’re feeding ourselves and our kids on one and a half salaries. She explained that to the CHP douche but he gave her a ticket anyway. We totally can’t afford that but how can we not pay it? If you don’t, the fine doubles then it triples, they suspend your license and issue a warrant for you. I guess we’ll have to move from eating chicken to eating bologna for a while. Fucking CHP.

There is definitely a cop power abuse problem in this country. Being a reasonably intelligent man, I understand the need for cops to escalate to physical violence IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS, when someone’s health or well being is endangered. I understand that they may find themselves in a situation where stress level is rather high and their decision-making ability may be affected. Situations in which a 120lbs cop may have to deal with a 220lbs guy (like myself), which may be downright scary to the cop.
With that said, I think we’ve all encountered cops who are super-aggressive from the get-go, as if they didn’t notice that the citizens they are dealing with do not pose any physical threat to them. I think cops should be courteous and should only use physical force, mace or tasers as the last resort. I think the problem lies in the fact that cop candidates are not screened properly before being allowed on the force. Actually, I think most of them are losers, who cannot hack it on their own in real life, and cowards who need a badge and a gun to feel secure. In other words – if you think you are on a mission to clen up the world and you think you may be slightly insecure – become a janitor, leave law enforcement to others.
