Yeah, you got that shit right. We stayed at the Winston-Salem Marriott, and guess what? It sucked just as bad. same parking deal, same bar food restaurant. To top it all off when we got home we found out that Marriott had charged over $1600 for a room that I only paid $144.58 for, because we had so many problems.
Here it is 2 weeks later, and I still don’t have my money back, and they are still running charges through my credit card.
To make a long story short J.W.MARRIOTT SUCKS ASS!!!

Come to think of it, $21 an hour is not too expensive…good point mediaguru..I am going to head back this weekend.

I'm going to have to agree on the 9 thumbs down and a Monkey growl...I love the fact that my awesome boyfriend treated me to such a nice surprise, but I hate being taken advantage of by hotels/resorts. Laguna Cliffs Marriott sucks royally. Check in is a 4pm, check out is at 11am and they will (surprise, surprise) charge you if you request a late checkout. So essentially, you are paying $300 to stay at this crappy hotel for 19 hours. Last time I checked, a day was 24 hours, perhaps someone should let the Laguna Marriott know...Also, the decor was horrifying and the "hotel" had a very distinct MOTEL feel to it. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and the Laguna Marriott is THE WORST. A complete and total rip off.
