As an attorney who spends most of his time navigating the labyrinths of federal and state bureaucracies on behalf of my clients, I have to agree with your frustration with the way things are (or were) working for you. Two of the biggest mistakes that many attorneys (and perhaps other professionals) in Puerto Rico is (1) that they take on too much work and leave almost no quality time for each client (which opens the door for mistakes to be made and “double billings”) and (2) that they never take the time in the first place to understand what your business is all about so as to try and speak with a client in their same business language

I strive my best to avoid the former and do my best at the latter (hope I wrote that right).
